Beneficiary enterprises will be selected on the basis of a scoping study that will pre-determine their suitability and commitment to make changes and actively address RECP imperatives. Trainers will conduct the Training of Enterprises (TOE) among employees of beneficiary enterprises. They will subsequently form an Enterprise Improvement Team (EIT) to commence work on RECP improvements.

Trainers will help facilitate the development of an Enterprise Improvement Plan (EIP) and help management implement same to achieve set goals and measure improvements through relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
