NPQC

The National Productivity and Quality Convention (NPQC) has as objective to encourage organisations to share their best operational practices, processes, systems, and initiatives and learn from the experience of others. It provides an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of teams that have been responsible for creating and/or managing productivity and quality improvements at their workplace.

More specifically the Convention:
-Provides an opportunity for learning and the exchange of success stories among the participants, a stepping stone in the building of learning organisations;
-Motivates enterprises to strive through sustained efforts to enhance productivity and quality with emphasis on team work.
