Productivity Talk by the Asian Productivity Organisation (APO): 25.01.24 - This P-Talk highlights the implementation of kaizen, the Japanese business philosophy that focuses on the process of continuous improvement, in Africa. With the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), kaizen has been introduced to the African continent and is currently widely practiced by industries. The APO invited the winners of the Africa Kaizen Award 2023, an annual award jointly organized by JICA and the African Union Development Agency under the framework of the Africa Kaizen Initiative, to share insights on their kaizen journeys and business transformation.
